Beth Moulam will be running a free accessible online dreams workshop between 2.30 pm and 4 pm. ‘Dreams can come True’.

Beth has been a lifelong dreamer.  At the age of 14 she attended her first dreams workshops and in the 14 years since she has refined and developed the processes she learned through attending more workshops, reading, and her own experiences.

Beth says ‘we are never too young, too old, or too anything to dream’. Dreaming is something that everyone does but until we take action dreams remain just that, wishes rather than actionable goals.  This is a practical session, open to all, where Beth will share her dreams process using her experiences as a Paralympian to illustrate the steps to her success.

Bring your own dreams along, or be prepared to challenge yourself to dream. Then in this guided session discover the steps which will help you make a success of making your own dreams come true.

Feel free to bring a friend, to dream successfully it helps to have a dreams mentor; someone who will share the process, want you to be successful,  and, be willing to challenge you on your journey. There is no age limit but under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult, please.
